If the update hangs at 50%, it's likely the base station updated, but the headphones didn't. Even if the update is stuck, don't stress, just close the Astro Command Center App, undock the headphones, hard reset them and dock them again.

Just picked up a used pair of Astro A40's, and it came with a mixamp. The headset works great, and I have great game/mic audio, but I can't get the command center to recognize the headset/mixamp. I have A40's and the mixamp is the model MA3P03, with the USB cable connected on top of the mixamp, and the headphones cable connected to the headset.

Tech | Astro Response. I'm having issues with the Command Center on Windows 11 where it worked fine on my previous Windows 10 installation. My A40TR's Mixamp is plugged with the proper cable, in PC mode. It appears in the device manager and otherwise the headphones work perfectly but I can't open the Command Center and make adjustments.
