I suggest you to click on Start icon and go to All Apps. Navigate to the Comcast email application icon and right click on it. You will get an option to “Pin to Start”. Selecting that option will create an icon on the Start Menu. Now open start again and Drag and Drop the Comcast email icon to the Desktop. The desktop shortcut will be created.
