They say that the is ExFat, FAT and NTFS but you cannot see your files ( just empty folders ). By the looks of the thread, no one knows how to do this. I got a new Firestick 4K Max and I want to load VLC for Android onto it. Not VLC for Fire. I managed to load 3.5.4 onto another Firestick 4K a couple of years ago, but now can only find a site for loading 3.3.4 (Firestick Tricks), which I did and it works but it's not quite as well as my other Firestick with 3.5.4.

I'm using Total Media 3.5 to do the capturing. I would like to use VLC to playback these files but it will not. VLC starts OK and seems to load the file but then just stops with no video to show. VLC works OK on other MPG files, like the ones I get from Miro. I am able to open this video in Mplayer and Windows Media Player as well as MediaCoder.
