For those of you (who are many) who are looking to move your password services elsewhere and delete your LastPass account, please note that it appears you can't access your account settings currently in LastPass (I keep getting a "something went wrong" error). Perhaps they are seeing a mass exodus, I don't know.

Cannot cancel subscription or delete account. I migrated all my data to 1Password this morning (took no time at all and was a wonderfully easy process - save for attachments, which I don't use much as they were always finicky in LastPass anyway). I then went to delete my LastPass account. Hours later, I'm still stuck.
If you delete your LastPass account and create a new account (using the same email address), any remaining LastPass Premium subscription time associated with that email address will automatically carry over to your newly recreated LastPass account. LastPass says they delete accounts and associated data after 2 years of inactivity, but that appears to not be true.
This is what you need to do: When you get the empty white box on the screen, inspect the box in your browser (using Developer tools, or right click > inspect) and you'll find that one of the divs is set to'style=display: none'. Delete that small section of CSS, and you'll see the text appear in the box and will be able to delete your account.

I really hope they wouldn't be not allowing exports or even worse, limiting data, as an effort to block people from leaving. Worst case, go through every account on LastPass, manually add them to the new provider, then, change the account PW, add the new PW into your new password manager, or a KeePass database, as a quick and dirty solution.
View > Developer > Developer Tools. Then, click on the console tab and paste the following into the text input field at the bottom. elem.click() Hit enter. Viola, you can now go to Actions > Delete. If you're deleting all your passwords you might as well delete the account. you can always set it up again, right.
