The customer placed the order for the item and then later decided to request engraving on that item in a separate order. Despite the late request, I got the order out ON TIME. And when I processed the engraving order as "completed" (PER ETSY INSTRUCTIONS) I marked that there was not tracking information because it shipping with another order.

If you look at the order and you don't see the edit option then it's probably too late. The delivery status is only used to determined if the review window can be opened early. For un-tracked orders or tracking numbers that don't get scanned all the way through to delivery the review window will open 4 business days after shipping for domestic ...
