So I know P&A offices are still uploading records slowly, but just want to figure out what’s missing. I have OERs, 3307’s, and DD-214’s currently in my iPERMS. What else should be in there? I’ve looked through the CGMHRR manual, COMDTINST 1080.10 (series), but it doesn’t actually list all the types of documents that should be included.

There's a mandatory and secondary document list on HRC that explains what should be uploaded to IPERMS. Foreign awards has been the cert and GO approval letter which usually included a 4187. Annual records review was when I had both my award cert, 638's etc etc added along with any other training certs I accumulated throughout the year.

Sort by: [deleted] • 2 yr. ago. It seems like the intent was for IPPS-A to do everything “automatically” (the word everyone keeps using) so that the Army could cut 70% of 42A and 42B Soldiers and reassign them as something else. However, IPPS-A appears as though it can’t even allow you to login without the corresponding server catching ...

  9. S1 people, what’s the deal with iperms/emilpo? : r/army - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/army/comments/nq9mut/s1_people_whats_the_deal_with_ipermsemilpo

No idea why. As for the ERB, that’s most likely an issue as we migrate to IPPS-A. We (the army as a whole including NG and Reserves), have roughly 200 systems that feed into Emilpo and many don’t talk to each other. The idea of IPPS-A is to remove all these separate, old, outdated, and legacy systems and have one source for everything.

Well yes but whoever your security manager is has to request the upgrade. You don't do it yourself. Once approved e-QIP will open for a few days to give you access to the SF86. The good news is that it should import your data from your previous SF86 and you just have to update it. 3.
