Since before the latest update to Windows 11, I have been having issues with Bing in Edge. When I open Edge (Bing is my default Search Engine) I will get "Hmmm... can't reach this page" for Bing.com. Or, if I open a new tab and click the homepage button I will get the same results. Hitting "Refresh" doesn't always fix the issue.
How can I remove Bing from the start menu's search functionality? Everyone hates Bing, nobody wants this here, but there is no setting in windows options to remove Bing from the start menu (even after disabling Bing from Search toolbar, browser, etc.) the Bing Chat buttons still remain in the start menu's search functionality right at the top.

I am wanting you to remove my personal information from Bing search engine. When I searched my name, it listed all my personal information such as where I live, former spouse etc. This is too personal of information for all the world out there to see. I understand that your search engine is always automatically switched to bing in edge, but you set it to Google in your settings. I understand your doubts and troubles in this situation. As far as I know, there is no option yet that allows users to change Bing results page to dark mode. However, you can use the flag that enables the dark mode on websites as a work-around. To do this, type “edge://flags” into Edge’s address bar and press Enter. At the top of the Experiments page, search for “Dark Mode”.
I think in this day & age that programs like Bing or Edge whichever the guilt party is can prevent people from choosing a browser they like & made to use one they don't is criminal, I have previously been using Google as my search engine but now am restricted access & unable to use my default program.
