I can live with that in the short-term. I tried the app on my phone and it will not work. I also tried all other suggestions and they don't work for me. I would still like to figure out why I cannot access my email on my phone or through a web browser. I'd also like to figure out how to get my contacts to pop up for me.

Why does Outlook automatically log me into my Email without me having to type my email address or password? When I turn my computer on, I go to my Desktop and click on the Outlook icon to open up my email. It is logging me into that email without me even having to enter my password information, and quite frankly, I find this very unsettling.
Open a private browsing session. Go to https://outlook.live.com and login with the other address. The only way to have a shortcut or favorite to the other address is to use a different browser. It is not necessary to log out of the first email account if you use a private browsing session to access the second account.
Connect to https://outlook.live.com and enter your email address and password. This way you will be able to see your emails. Kind regards. Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site.
