    I am unable to access my Roku account using the email and password associated with it. When I attempt to get a password reset the email, which does show up on my Roku device, never comes to me.     As you have mentioned that someone is viewing your camera, we highly suggest to try doing the following: Remove the camera from the app by navigating Homepage of the app> tap the Camera's name > go to Settings > click Delete device. Uninstall the app. Update the Roku password.
