To download TV shows or movies you'll need one of these devices with the latest version of the Netflix app installed: Android phone or tablet. iPhone or iPad. Amazon Fire tablet. Google Chromebook. Talking with a Netflix rep they said it was removed to enhance the experience.
Netflix works well on other browser like Google Chrome but I like Edge due to its new features and access. I am attaching the screenshot of the Netflix screen - Please fix this problem as soon as possiible.

Netflix videos playing in Edge have a noticeable stuttering every few seconds when the following conditions are met: the video is in fullscreen. subtitles are enabled. there are no other windows on top of the video. Weirdly enough, if just one of these conditions is not met then the stuttering disappears.
