Would never buy this! $7 activation fee, if memory serves and you can never use the entire balance...by design. You can't apply the remaining balance and then your credit card for the remainder. Good luck buying something for $3.27! Subway does this and never buy those either. I have 6 gift cards each with 3-4 bucks on it.

The only caveat is that shipping from .com can be costly. Still, I used a $10 .com gift card to buy something that was $27.51US plus $4.66 shipping at .com but $59.95Cdn on .ca. For the record the walmart.com (US site) actually have two different policies about gift cards. On this page it actually said If your Walmart Gift Card is lost or stolen, immediately call customer service at 1-800-411-7942. Your Walmart Gift Card will be cancelled and we will issue a new one with the remaining balance.

Be careful and WATCH the cashier like a hawk to make sure everything is scanned! I always check after I pay, before I leave, but apparently that wasn't enough!
86 upvotes. Sub of the day costs $9.03 tax included. If you buy a $50 giftcard, you can buy 5.54 subs of the day with it. With the free sub, that makes it 6.54 subs for $50 or $7.65 per sub out the door which isn't too bad for 2020 prices. Also you can collect points which brings down the avg price even further. +1.
