Sky and Discovery+ don't seem to have an answer. I've even sent Discovery+ screenshots of what I'm having to do but all they have replied with is what's on their help page. As previously stated this has only been happening since Saturday and haven't had to do it since I initially made my account 8 months ago.

Having a TNT subscription upgrades Discovery+ to premium to include the TNT channels if you cancel TNT sports it will still be the premium version on the Sky Q box but you won't be able to watch TNT Sports without the required subscription. Report post. Post 12 of 17.
Unable to download and watch Discovery+ on my Sky Q box. I select the app from the apps menu, select get discovery+, confirm that I am ok with the terms and conditions and then get "We'll be back soon. Something went wrong, but we're working on this. Please try again later. MYSKY_2304". I try again later and get the same message!!

Why is the discovery+ ASKING ME TO UPGRADE WHEN WE ARE ON SKY GLASS AND ITS MEANT TO BE FREE. 21 May 2023 12:59 PM When I go into discovery + I activate its says you are now activated but still can't get anything it just say to upgrade my pass when it's meant to free.
