I feel the same way about Merrick. They sent me a pre-approval for their Double-Your-Line card about 3 months after my 13 DC. No AF. $1000 SL which was doubled as promised in 6 months. After about a year of having the card, all the Merrick cards converted to MC from Visa.

Re: Merrick credit line increase. Nice Work on the double! Merrick is great at giving you a little every so often. You will probably see 200 - 400 increases about every 4-6 months with continued responsible use. Keep your balances below 68%, try to pay it off as you use it, but they dont mind if you carry a balance (its @ 29.9%)
Merrick CLI! Unfortunately, I had to get a Merrick bank card about 9 months ago with around a 600 score to kickstart my rebuild. heh. paid off 150k in cc debt and let many of my accounts get closed and go inactive from 2016 to 2023. Was all cash about midway through last year.
