Glad it isn’t just me having this challenge. The only solution to this is to use the Quick Log in feature if you are already logged in on a different device. If not you will need to wait atleast 5 hours before trying again. So I’m trying to login to my account on the Roblox website and it gives me this captcha for some reason.
Please note: Roblox staff wouldn’t ask you for your personal info like SSN, or card number. They would ask for either your phone number, billing email, or transaction id. Might want to also report the staff member that deactivated your account’s 2FA, as they may have done it in a weird reason.
