That is only an ability of the physical DVR boxes we offer. There is no information as to if or when this function will be available on the app.

The Spectrum TV app does provide access to On-Demand programming, which can be paused just like any other online streaming service. The availability of episodes is determined by the TV networks but almost all new shows are fully watchable on demand. We do offer Cloud DVR service which saves recordings to a cloud server for you.

Using the Spectrum 201 DVR and rewinding a show there is no option to return to live TV without fast forwarding. There should be a "Live" button on the remote. There is not one. There are numerous complaints about this on this forum but Spectrum has ignored them. The old silver remote does have a "Live" button and it will work on the 201 DVR.
The Spectrum TV app is also supported on Samsung TV's and Roku. You can try using one of the other supported devices and see if you get a better streaming experience. Good morning and welcome to the Spectrum Community, @Jake717 It sounds like the app isn't getting the information from the modem concerning the entitlements you have to your TV subscription. Most of the time a reboot of the modem (router too, wouldn't hurt) will take care of the issue and get everything on the same page.
