The photo app is basically a viewer for file on your hard drive. Each of the phots will actually be stored in a location somewhere, usually your photos folder. To upload to facebook you would navigate to this location and chose the photo you wish to upload. This hasn't been an issue until after this last update.
The only way I can do so is by using the 'Basic Uploader' in the album. Uploading via my timeline status, or group timeline status only allows me to choose which picture I would like to upload, starts to show a thumbtag in the status/comment bar, then the bar greys out, permanently.
The issue might be occurring due to connectivity issues or size of the picture/album you are trying to upload. 1. I suggest you to check your network connectivity good or not. 2. If the network connectivity is fine than try the below step. 3.Sign out and sign in again and try uploading your pictures on by one and than try to create album.

Hi, Many thanks for your reply. I tried all of the above but it's still not working in Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer, works fine on Google Chrome.
