MSI SDK is causing serious issues. Finally found out that what caused my CPU spikes on idle and windows power plan keeps switching was in fact because of MSI SDK. Uninstalling it fixed all my issues. Not only Dragon Center.... because some processes remains like CC_Engine_x64. No more CPU's roller coaster and power switching.
I received the MSI Center update and on the same day a new Windows 10 update came out. MSI Center not working anymore after install 2.0.19.0 SDK. The suggested steps using the clean center utility don't help either but version 2.0.16.0 works well!

So you gotta uninstall everything MSi, delete EVERY MSi Folder in C:, run clean center master and wait till it reboot, install MSi Center as admin, open it and wait till it got stuck at SDK, end task, then run msi log collector till it finishes collecting, reboot, and try again. Mines working after doing msi log collector idk how but now it works.

So, I uninstalled both MSI Center and the SDK, but every single time I restart my PC I get this notification. If I click "Uninstall" nothing happens. All the other features like overclocking and downloading bios/drivers should be done manually. Center isn't really necessary in 2024. All the component software is better programmed via BIOS / PWM. It can be handy to bring up motherboard updates however (vs. scrolling through MSI website).
