Yes, you may have to go back to whatever version/edition of Windows you were using prior to the Windows 10 Upgrade (if you upgraded) if Kodak does not support the software you *must* use (perhaps an upgraded version, perhaps running it in compatibility mode, etc.) to keep doing things exactly as you have been. .-.
