I really like Azgaar's. Takes a bit of learning to use, but very customizable and aesthetic. You can make great continent maps, or zoom in for province scale maps.

U/yosarian_reddit hinted at it, but any vector-based app will probably work for drawing maps, and it sounds like most of them would be easier to use. Dynamic Dungeons - Probably the first and most popular. He makes fantastic looking maps and releases a few a month on Patreon, but the "map making" ability of this program is almost non-existant. There are a couple of tiles and props, but they are not nearly diverse enough. Also, you have to purchase his editor/player software separately ($30).
For those who haven't seen BattleMapp.io yet, I've been putting together a map-maker that (mostly!) works in the browser. It's 3D and includes lots of models and effects. The latest update includes 32 dungeon rooms, some spell AOE shapes and minor bug fixes.

Resource. Hey everyone, I'm Thomas, and as a passion project I've been developing Fantasy Town Generator. It's a free webapp that DMs can use to create detailed, customisable settlement maps - from villages to cities. In addition to the map, it creates the buildings, people, and factions in the city.
