WIDA Self-Paced workshops can be accessed directly by Massachusetts educators with a WIDA Secure Portal account. Facilitated WIDA workshops are prioritized for high needs districts. Registration for all other MA educators will be available 3–4 weeks before each workshop begins.
The WIDA Secure Portal is the website used by assessment administrators to prepare for administration of the WIDA ACCESS for ELLs, WIDA Alternate ACCESS for ELLs, and WIDA Screener assessments.
The WIDA Secure Portal is the online system through which educators access training and certification quizzes for the WIDA assessments. The Secure Portal also allows educators to download the kindergarten materials and some WIDA Screener materials.
Login to the WIDA Secure Portal at wida.wisc.edu and select the "Manage" button in the upper right-hand corner. Select "Manage Users." Click on the "Create User" tab. Fill out the required information and check the box next to the Package Assignments desired for that user.
