Week 1: 4x10. Week 2: 4x8 (5kg increase) Week 3: 5x5 (5kg increase) Week 4: repeat week 1 with 2.5 to 5kg increase compared to week 1. I like the look of it, each muscle group hit twice a week, good progression, mixture of high rep and low rep etc. It is clearly working for will!
