I am wondering if anyone else has gotten the exit survey where they can leave comments and rate their experience with aspects of the job/company. I know someone who did and she left a brutal review, but in a professional manner. Nothing changed. Just "thank you for your feedback" and just sweep it under the rug.
And one if my comments for a question that had to do with if Kroger had my wellbeing and feeding my spirit in mind was something like, 'Lets be serious here. Kroger gave back 1.2 billion dollars to shareholders. The only thing you are concerned with feeding are your shareholders pockets.
Funny, because it seems to me Kroger goes above and beyond kissing customer ass. Bring your not-a-service dog in the store, park in Pickup parking spots, do whatever the hell you want! Can't say a damn thing for fear of offending the beloved customer.
