Since the printer is working fine on your laptop and phone, this means printer hardware is fine, it has to do with the computer itself, I would suggest you go ahead and uninstall the printer and then install the full feature software from the support website.

    The printer is NOT turned off. I've turned it off and on a couple times, but the software still says the printer is turned off. I've run a test report on the printer and it identifies my wireless network. I've run a network configuration page on the printer and it says the wireless' status is "Disconnected". Any ideas?
