I plan to keep filing my pua till it won't let me no more no matter if I get paid or not. they gonna have to take my internet access away before I stop claiming..I won't stop till I find work in the same pay area as before. but I foresee them cutting off the pua claim access links..if not a claiming I will go.
I just got a notice that my return was kept by Ohio Attorney General. Called and it’s for overpayment of PUA which I have already appealed previously. Woman at Attorney General office directed me to file another appeal online through unemployment. I literally just did it and started googling to try to calm myself down. Hope this helps.

Information on my PUA waiver just disappeared on the Ohio PUA website. Anybody else have this happen…it used to be unresolved. But now it’s just gone. I did do an appeal as well and that was accepted. But I still have a balance and was denied some weeks after the original appeal. Thought maybe I would get paid after the waiver was acceted
PUA overpayment/State tax offset Anyone been told they were overpaid during the pandemic and was sent to collection ? Was not notified until I filed my taxes this year and was told all my state refunds will be held to offset the PUA. overpayment balance . I called the OJFS and was told to appeal.
There's a pending on my PUA today 7/27/2021 Pending I've filled out 2 appeals, called too many times to know, emailed, and emailed the State Reps. They've been taking money out since December 2020. Looking at my payments, I don't even think I was over paid.
Okay guys, if anyone can help, I would appreciate it!!!! I'm in the PUA group that ended weeks early ( due to Ohio's unemployment rate declining, had 7weeks, cutoff 12-12-20) waiting on the new 11 week implementation.
Ohio is no longer in a high unemployment period as defined by the US Department of Labor, because the states unemployment has dropped significantly. As a result after the week ending December 12, 2020 the additional 7 weeks of PUA will no longer be available.
Ohio PUA PAYMENTS-paid 300 for one week but other payments say 0 Im on PUA in Ohio. I was paid from the week December 27, 2020 - January 02, 2021 with the extra 300. But the next 2 weeks January 03, 2021 - January 09, 2021 and January 10, 2021 - January 16, 2021 both have a payment date of 1/19 (which is past).
