Etsy fixed that pretty fast. You HAVE to either have an Etsy label ( stamp rate letter fulfills this) or something sent with tracking. Send a receipt with an Etsy label WITHIN your shipping window. It is tracking OR an Etsy label. Etsy is not going to fix anything because as far as they are concerned it is working as it should.

Etsy doesn't use the description for SEO, but Google does (along with the title), and Google doesn't like the repetition. Also, repeating the title in the description uses a line or two that could be used for actual description. This is especially important if you're trying to make your entire description visible.
