If you signed into it from your phone, you can find it in phone settings -> Accounts and backup -> Manage accounts. Look for the one that says "Samsung account" under the email address. Now you should be inside your samsung account in your pc. Navigate to Devices > Under signed in devices you will find your device with the model name. Press sign out > now check your phone in settings > accounts and you will see that you are signed out. Now factory reset and voila it works.. Job done.
