I've been trying to get Saprina from thedudeninja on Gamebanana to work. Thing is I can see her model in the Edit Loadout thing, but when I play her, it's the normal Spy view model and I am invisible to everyone. The zip file contains a read me that doesn't help a whole lot, a vpk, and a folder. I put everything into the tf/custom folder.

And I'm pretty sure damn near every mod on Gamebanana comes with a readme on installation instructions. If it doesn't show up in game, it either a) doesn't work b) is out of date c) Server has SV_pure set to 1. I haven't ever attempted to contact them, because mostly what I've tried from there is maps. Installation is straightforward in most cases.
