I've been a long time android user, but all my friends have iPhones, and the upcoming iOS 18 update looks pretty intriguing. it's supposed to bring lots of AI features, lots of accessibility features, RCS messaging, and a systemwide redesign. also heard that there might be some of Samsung and Google's exclusive photo editing tools like object eraser and more.

After my XS finally started failing, I went to trade it in. Due to the fact I needed a phone that same day (iPhone 12 pro max was the only iPhone they had that day and the others were going to take 2 weeks to ship) I “settled” on the 12 Pro Max. It’s my favorite phone I’ve ever had.
Savings-Awareness-73. I just saw leaks of iphone 17 and damn it seems good but there ain't no way I'm waiting for it and I'm gonna buy the iPhone 16 plus depending on the price. Also is the iPhone 17 actually gonna have 120hz for the base models and a circular cutout so it will look like a Samsung phone.
if you have problems with the 12 mini battery life, then the 13 mini is definitely an upgrade, lasting longer. if you are happy with battery life on your 12, i would advise against upgrading. I take my iPhone 12 mini to work fully charged and by the time I get home 8.5 hours later I still have around 40% battery left.

Rustling mic sound when using case. Support. Bought a used but fully working iphone 13 pro max with quite a lot of damage to the glass (some missing around the rear cameras). Without a case, the microphone is crisp and quiet, but adding a (cheap plastic) case creates all kinds of rustling, tapping and wind sounds just from touching the screen ...
