I installed Wine through a .pkg file, and I want to completely remove all traces of Wine. I've searched around the internet, but I cannot find any way to uninstall wine if you've installed through a .pkg file. Well, that gets you WINE. But I mean stuff like Wineskin and WineBottler. Tools that make WINE operation and configuration easier.

3. The wine project has an excellent Wiki article specific to macOS. It includes how to remove wine from your macOS system, but basically there are a few ways to uninstall wine. MacPorts: sudo port uninstall --follow-dependencies wine. Homebrew: brew rm wine && brew rm $(join <(brew leaves) <(brew deps wine)) Source: sudo make uninstall.

A possible exception is the one installed by brew, which doesn't say what versions it will work on. I did find the brew version suggested for Ventura, but that was on reddit—not exactly a high-quality source.
I am using wine explorer via macOS terminal. Once the Wine Explorer is open, can I select a file or folder and "open" it in Finder?
Side Note: Wine is exactly how some games are ported to the Mac. Reference: The Sims 3 -- it installs the Windows version of the game with a custom Wine wrapper for running it on OS X.
