It'll take a while to "find" everything once you type in your @us.af.mil address and hit next, mine took ~8-10 min on non air force network to connect but now it's just like normal email when I open outlook. Try going to office.com and logging in there. Just put in your air force email and have your CaC in the machine.

You may need to open Internet Options, Delete Cookies, click Content Tab and Clear SSL state. You wait till tomorrow to check. “Sorry boss. OWA and Desktop anywhere down. I’ll check in a bit”. Sometimes you just have to keep trying OWA. I've had it work after like 20 minutes of trying.
Here to help all of you! Go to the Portal and search for "Desktop Anywhere" Then download the ActivID ActivClient. Follow the installation guide specific to your system mac/windows. You will then only need to enter your pin 3-4 times and it never asks again unless you let it sit for a while. Hope this helps.
