Never had planned to check expedia car rental rates. I was blown away by the cheap expedia rental rates. Nu Car Rentals (NCR) quoted $42 usd vs costco (Alamo) $214 usd. Did a bit of research. NCR has customer rating of about 33% while major rental companies' (Enterprise, Alamo, etc.) is typically about 75% to 80%.
