    Yes there is a way if you take the 1.8 version of your skin and go to old.minecraft.novaskin.me then upload the 1.8 version of that skin it should convert to 1.7.10 properly unless it's an alex skin (if it is an alex skin it will have black lines on the back of the arms and the arms pixels will be switched around) if you have anymore questions feel free to ask

    I need a skin editor that supports Alex arms that are 3 pixels wide instead of 4 like Steve. I'm not gonna use MCSkin3D because I can't. I installed it a couple times and it never worked for me. I currently use "Miners Need Cool Shoes" skin editor and it doesn't seem to support that kind of feature. Thank you

    Hey there! I too spent so much time on a skin I was working on, and when I uploaded it it was backwards I can't necessarily fix it for you, since I see a lot of time has passed since then, BUT I will tell you there is a website that reverses the skin (NOT INCLUDING THE HAT EXTENSION) for you!
