If you notice this from credit card transaction and if you or your family didn't use the Prime Music service(you should be able to see digital orders if you did), then you'd better go to the amazon assistant to verify if this purchase is done from another "unknown" amazon account, there must be someone else using your card, and the credit card company cannot recognize this kind of fraud.
**Edit: After further investigating this, it is possible to see all of your purchased music in the Amazon Music app. It requires a few steps though which I've outlined below. Open the Amazon Music app. Select Library. Under the "Auto Playlists" section at the top select the Purchased playlist. From here you can view and manage your purchased music.
