@Melanie A (Amazon Staff) Hello Melanie A, I tried all of the above multiple times, but that does not work. What does work is a 30 minute process; go to Settings > My Fire TV > Restore to Factory Defaults. After this, Prime Video will work again.
Request you to kindly restart your computer / laptop and try accessing Prime Video on the same browser by restarting intermittent issues as such will be resolved. Check for any available updates related to the browser. Also, try deleting browser history related to Prime Video and also delete cookies and caches from the browser.

I have the same problem with Amazon Prime Video and It just happened out of the blue a few days ago. I have used a VPN on occasion but I am in Canada and there is really no reason for me to use it with Amazon Prime Video. I also use Netflix and They are very good at detecting VPns or Proxy Servers and I have had no complaints from Netflix...
