You can play your PS4 through a PC/Mac if that’s what you’re asking. To send messages, party chat, view achievements, etc. Just get the remote play app. You control your PS4 through the computer and do everything you could do as if you were sitting in front of your tv.

You simply put the DS4 into pairing mode and connect via Bluetooth on the PC. And good luck finding it. Certain games cant be launched from the app (NBA 2k22, Uncharted 4, Uncharted Lost Legacy, Control, Spiderman 1) some others start without issues (Ghost of Tsushima, Miles Morales, Guardians of the Galaxy).
