With the release of the PS Portal, I've yet again dug into this but still no luck in getting the PS Remote Play connected over the internet outside of my LAN. I've tried forwarding all the ports listed here yet I always get the errors 8801330f or 8801330d. I checked with my ISP to verify I have a public IP but the console is still unreachable.
I checked App volume and device preferences for PS Remote Play and it's set to my PC speakers. Microphone is disabled as I don't use it. I have disabled the PS4 controller as a sound device is Sound Control Panel. Only my PC speakers are set as Default Device. I even rebooted my PC. That made the PS4 controller the speaker again.
