    I checked App volume and device preferences for PS Remote Play and it's set to my PC speakers. Microphone is disabled as I don't use it. I have disabled the PS4 controller as a sound device is Sound Control Panel. Only my PC speakers are set as Default Device. I even rebooted my PC. That made the PS4 controller the speaker again.
