The pay without signing in option is no longer available, so I just spent AN HOUR on the phone with an agent who tried everything to change this mysterious password. He could not figure it out and gave up and was “transferring me directly to Comcast” where I was promptly disconnected.
I've been trying to pay my bill online using my laptop. Every time I sign in, it tells me the app will be discontinued and they will be starting some new app. I have a 10 year old phone. That's all I can afford right now. I only pay 40USD a month. It won't hold any of these new apps. In the past, I've always used my laptops to pay my bills.
